Code to change the way SMBs finance investments

What we expect from you: At Fintura we aim to build the best team to realize our vision. We are building a long-term product and we want you to be with us for the next years, you will influence us a lot so it should be a great experience working with you. We are looking for the smart and the curious, the ones that are genuinely interested in our business and most important match our team culture built around openness, trust and empathy.

What you will be doing: We develop our platform based on a user-centric design approach. You will be responsible for the concept, design and implementation of our backend software. At all steps you’ll be working together with our product owner, business developer and designer constantly iterating to find the best solution. You will also be charged with finding ways to measure the effectiveness of your work to be able to constantly review and improve the product as a whole.

Our backend tech stack Right now we use: Nodejs, PostgreSQL, Grunt, Git, Gitlab For testing we use: Mocha, Gitlab CI

This should just be a ballpark orientation for you–we believe that we can bring you up to speed in any of those areas in a couple of weeks. You should be open and eager to learn and accept that failing is the most important part in learning new things.
