The Role We are actively searching for a Senior Android Developer to be at the cutting edge of internet tech as 200H brings best online language education & social Apps to Android. You will play a key role in shaping the experiences of millions users as you work directly with our game changing engineers while drawing on the resources of our product and marketing teams. Your responsibilities • Act as ‘Go-to’ Senior Developer for Android platform related projects • In charge of the full development process of mobile apps • Work with UI/UX Designer and develop user interface according to customer requirements and storyboards • Develop standards, repeatable processes and reusable components • Participate in project planning, including the development of timelines and resources required • Work with the development team throughout all phases of the project, including requirements validation, detail design and implementation • Collaborate as part of a diverse team in development, product planning, product verification and documentation to deliver high quality, complete product releases

You • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience • A passion for mobile device technologies, especially Android • 5+ years of software development experience • 3+ years hands on the Android SDK • Thorough understanding of both client and web application architectures (AJAX, HTML, JavaScript, CSS) • Good understanding of backend system, scalable and highly available architecture • Experience in working with a code management system (Git, SVN) • Management experience is a plus • Good level of English to communicate in an international environment • Should be excited about exponential growth opportunities at a successful start-up

Salary and compensation

$40,000 — $60,000/year
