Responsibilities:
Be a ridiculously amazing team member Ultimate accountability for the health and uptime of production environments Oversight of all server environments, from dev through production Ensure appropriate redundancy and fallbacks in all server environments Communicate with engineering, production and QA in coordinating systems engineering work Work closely with developers to drive live title processes and practices Demonstrate a pragmatic approach to engineering scope and consistent bias to action Drive planning efforts around all aspects of systems engineering Help drive continual improvements to our engineering standards, practices, and tools Ensure an appropriate balance between developer agility and production stability Be a ridiculously amazing team member
Required Skills and Expertise:
At least five years of professional experience with Linux At least three years of professional experience maintaining production environments Broad experience with Amazon AWS technologies Significant specific experience with AWS VPC, CloudFormation, Autoscaling, and AMIs
Experience managing DNS and LDAP Strong network configuration knowledge and skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Very comfortable wearing lots of hats A healthy capacity to take direction and accept criticism A healthy capacity to set direction and provide criticism

Experience with Java/J2EE engineering practices and frameworks Experience with C#/.
