Cdling (pronounced ‘seedling’) is looking for a Lead Front End Developerwho will anchor our team and ownour user experience, engagement and growth.

About You:

• You think like a user, code like a hacker and work like an owner.

• Have an interest in employing a/b testing / split testing to improve key metrics, such as funnel optimization and per user engagement.

• Have a commitment to user-centered design, web standards, usability, and accessibility.

• You have a passion for learning the latest technologies and continue to research and evaluate new tools and plugins.

You can start this role from any where in the world, but you must be willing and able to travel to Ottawa to work with the team as required.
