We at Cloudfinch are looking for a talented individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to spearhead the Business Development effort for our growing Software Solutions firm.

As Head of Business Development, you will:

  • Work with our CEO to continually develop our sales and marketing strategy
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the scope of solutions that are / could be offered by CloudFinch
  • Develop and maintain a database of leads and pursue new client engagements
  • Work with our CEO to help clients define requirements and collaborate with the Development team to develop newer and better solutions to cater to client needs
  • Create and present sales presentations / marketing material to prospective clients
  • Develop proposals in close collaboration with the Management team
  • Present and rigorously follow-up with potential clients on proposals till they reach a logical conclusion
  • Capably respond to a wide range of technical questions both in-person and via RFPs

You should have:

  • Passion for technology and a proven track record in Technology Sales – customized software and / or product sales
  • The ability to work as part of a cross-functional team to solve business and technical problems
  • The ability to quickly learn and develop an understanding in complex and rapidly changing technologies, applications and architectures
  • A client focus – excellent and proven ability in understanding and managing client’s expectations
  • An understanding of standard Web Development Models (We’re willing to train the right person should you have experience in other areas)
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and balance a multitude of conflicting projects / demands simultaneously
  • A strong team orientation and personal sense of motivation and accountability
  • Ability to travel / work after-hours as needed

Salary and compensation
