We’re looking for a Senior Solutions & Product Architect (Deputy CTO) to join our leadership team and scale alongside our cofounder & CTO. This is a client-facing, high-impact role that blends product strategy, solution architecture, and delivery leadership.

What You’ll Do:

– Partner with clients from day one to understand their business needs and shape solutions.

– Define high-level product requirements, MVP scopes, and roadmaps.

– Translate business goals into technical architectures and delivery plans.

– Lead proposal creation (business framing + product requirements + technical approach).

– Oversee delivery across multiple teams, ensuring quality and accountability.

– Be a trusted advisor to clients, while mentoring engineering teams internally.

– Help codify Oowlish’s playbooks so we can scale beyond any single leader.

Must Have:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or product/technical consulting
• Strong technical breadth (cloud, APIs, modern architectures)
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams/projects and communicate with C-level stakeholders.
• Experience defining product requirements and MVPs, not just technical designs.
• Excellent communication skills ( English required; Spanish/Portuguese a plus).
• Backgrounds that could be a great fit:
• Experience in consulting / outsourcing firms.
• CTOs or co-founders of startups, with hands-on experience balancing product, tech, and business.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited to grow into a future CTO/Partner role.
