Work on a Patent Pending Algorithm +Permission to use work for PhD/Master’s Thesis
We are looking for a part-time research associate with ninja-like data science, mathematical and algorithmic skills. We are building the next PageRank-like algorithm to calculate legal risk in Online Contracts. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a patent pending algorithm development, and become part of owning a patent.
Duration: 3-6 months
Qualification: Interest in Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematical Modelling, and Risk-Analysis. Coding skills in R, Python, Scala or Octave
Benefits: The research associate can use the research done by him as a part of his Master’s or PhD thesis.
Description of Work:
This particular associate will be responsible for creating the backend database for the AmicRank algorithm, as well as the training set for the same. This would include a combination of API integrations (of public as well as private feeds), use of tools such as Scrappy as well as custom code, in the associate’s preferred language. This will also involve cleaning of data to avoid duplicates with different names for similar product.
