What we are looking for A proactive individual, who enjoys problem solving tasks, is a big thinker and likes a bit of wine, food and travel. A full stack developer with hands-on Java experience. About You You are a problem solver who likes a challenge, someone who likes to look at the picture and proactively think as a leader. You are a technical leader in your field, you’re familiar with and actively involved in current technology developments in your area of expertise. You have good website architecture and design sense and generally take a pragmatic and iterative approach to engineering. You believe in continuous self-improvement. You are passionate about startups and building outstanding products that users love.

Qualifications • University degree in the field of Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar. An advanced degree in one these fields is a plus. • 2 years experience managing websites in a different company, ideally in a startup environment (nice to have) • 3+ years experience of development in agile companies/projects • Experience with mobile • Hands-on experience coding in more than one currently popular web application framework • Required skills: Full stack, Java, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript • Nice to have: Expression Engine or PHP, experience with UX / UI and mobile responsiveness

Salary and compensation

$45,000 — $75,000/year
