About the position: Join our finance team and start your career in a role that offers real growth opportunities. As a Junior Finance Specialist, you will gain hands-on experience with international financial processes while supporting the company’s day-to-day operations. This position is a great foundation to grow into roles such as PE Accountant, Payroll Specialist, Treasury Manager, or Finance Controller

In this role, you will

• Handle the full cycle of PE management, including registration, documentation, reporting, and tax compliance
• Assist in preparing financial documents
• Communicate with external accountants and registration agents
• Support compliance processes such as KYC and regulatory requirements
• Provide general assistance to the finance team with ongoing projects and initiatives

It’s all about you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field (junior candidates with strong motivation to grow will also be considered)
• Basic knowledge of UA PE bookkeeping: taxes, reporting, documentation
• Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets, with the ability to work effectively with documents and data
• English level — Intermediate+ (for written communication with agents and document review)
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and a structured approach to work
• Motivation to grow in finance and gain experience in international processes
• Eagerness to learn and result-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills
