Overview
Netpulse is a rapidly growing SaaS company ($40M funding, team of 70 globally) and the #1 provider of mobile apps for health clubs. We are seeking an outstanding Director of Sales to lead our direct sales team. Reporting to our VP Sales, Kelly Sweeney, you will be taking on a tremendous responsibility to gobble market share and triple our customer base in the $76B fitness industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead the direct sales team: initially 2 inside/outside Account Executives
- Split time 65% management / 35% closing
- Build on the Netpulse playbook to create scalable sales processes
- Support Account Executives by assisting in the close of major deals
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and nurture deals through the funnel
- Source and hire additional Account Executives as the team grows
- Represents Netpulse at trade association meetings
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners
- Collaborate with VP Sales to direct market channel development activity
- Coordinate sales distribution by establishing territories, quotas and goals
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a closing sales role
- Tech startup experience (Series A and above) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated desire to lead a team and be a strong individual contributor
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation, particularly Hubspot
- Experience selling in a Business-to-business environment
- Ability to engage SMB and enterprise sales targets
Salary and compensation
$80,000 — $150,000/year
