It’s hard to find a proper title for this role. The closest is "Front-end engineer with UX design skills". But in reality, we need some to join our team who:

• gives a shit about the product, its users and their pains;
• questions everything;
• discusses ideas with the team and decomposes them into actionable frontend tasks;
• writes documents and draws wireframes to review UI solutions (that’s the UX part);
• writes frontend code using our existing library of React components (that’s the FE part);
• integrates backend written by other team members;
• owns the result: listens to user feedback, iterates to greatness, fixes bugs.
