The Impact of a UI / Graphics Designer to Coupa:

As a UI / Graphics Designer at Coupa, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Value Advisory, Strategic Advisory, and Industry Advisory Teams by creating visually compelling presentation content and designing user interfaces for web-based tools. Your creativity and expertise will be instrumental in communicating complex concepts and data to internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience for our tools.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate closely with Presales (Value Advisory, Strategic Advisory, Industry Advisory & Solution Advisory) teams to understand business goals, content needs, and interface design requirements.
• Create visually compelling and impactful presentation materials that clearly communicate complex concepts, data insights, and strategic narratives.
• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web-based tools, emphasizing usability and user experience.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes to communicate design intent and gather feedback early in the product lifecycle.
• Incorporate user research and persona development into the design process to ensure solutions are tailored to diverse stakeholder needs.
• Contribute to the creation and evolution of product roadmaps by aligning design deliverables with key milestones and user requirements.
• Maintain a consistent design language and style across all visual and interface content.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of visual and interface designs.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

• Solid understanding of UX / UI principles, human-centered design, and interaction design best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both presentation visuals and interactive UX / UI work.
• Experience creating and applying user personas and journey maps to inform design strategy.
• Ability to translate complex business and technical information into engaging, easy-to-understand visual designs.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile or iterative design methodologies and how design contributes to development life cycles.
