We’re looking for a full-time UX Director/Interactive Producer who provides strategic direction as well as leads the details of complex projects. You will also serve as a liaison between the Client and Miles’s production staff and management, and you’ll communicate daily with a talented production team, including art directors, content directors, developers and account managers.

• Develop and direct digital projects from the discovery phase to completion, including hours/budget management.

• Create sitemaps, wireframes and other IA documents.

• Evaluate content management systems and other web apps for use by our clients.

• Work with front-end and back-end development teams to implement ideas.

• Communicate with Clients about the project, educate and manage expectations during the process, and partner with them to achieve overall performance goals.
