We are looking for a gifted hands-on Fullstack Engineer Team Lead to join and lead our existing team at our Tel Aviv site

The new team will work in cooperation with our Boston Fullstack team and our engineers in Tel Aviv.

The team will be required to build new features, maintain existing code as well as to create and execute a plan for re-architecting our frontend applications and front microservices so they stand in our high standards of security, scale and performance.

Requirements:

• A CS/Engineering degree from a top university or an equivalent IDF background.
• At least 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer in a product company
• At least 1–2+ years of experience leading a team or mentoring engineers, with proven management and leadership skills
• Frontend: 3+ years of hands-on experience working in React.
• Backend: 3+ years of hands-on experience working in Node .js / TypeScript / Python or other backend technology.

Advantages:
