We need a CakePHP developer to write application logic for our application.

The application will already be created and in a minimally usable state.

Work will include:

Creating controllers

Routing

Creating Views

CRUD

Access Control Logic (Cake ACLs)

We will include a development environment in the form of a Vagrantfile and box.

We will include a suite of tests for model logic (which should be most of the application logic).

Source will be versioned through Git.
