We are looking for an experienced Back-End Engineer to lead the development of scalable, distributed systems on AWS. This role involves hands-on technical contribution and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings expertise in cloud-native development, 12-Factor App principles, and event-driven architecture, along with strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Cloud-Native Architecture
• Design and implement 12-Factor cloud-native applications, ensuring portability, scalability, and continuous deployment.
• Build end-to-end distributed systems using C#/. NET and AWS-native services. (Experience with the latest versions of Angular is a plus.)
• Architect and orchestrate event-driven systems using AWS EventBridge, Step Functions, Lambda, SNS, and SQS.
• Promote stateless processes, effective configuration management, and backing services best practices for cloud deployment.
• Implement microservices architectures with clear service boundaries and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven application of 12-Factor App methodology in production.
• Deep AWS knowledge, including EventBridge, Step Functions, Lambda, ECS/EKS, DynamoDB, RDS Aurora, and the Well-Architected Framework.
• Advanced skills in C#/. NET, TypeScript, and RESTful API development.
• Proficiency in Angular (v10+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices, including container security.
• Strong understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Solid grasp of the SDLC, Git, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience designing and deploying microservices and event-driven architectures in production.

• Ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse disciplines and backgrounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to different audiences.
