Global GTM Operations Team
At TRACTIAN, the GTM Operations team is a global department that supports our GTM teams across the U. S. , Brazil, and Mexico. We are a foundational team building the data infrastructure, systems, and processes that support our GTM organization and directly impact the customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
As the Deal Desk lead, you will manage the deal desk and renewal function for the Brazil Sales team — currently our largest region. You will support the Sales and Customer Success teams in structuring and approving deals, coordinating renewal workflows, ensuring pricing consistency, and serving as a connective layer between frontline teams and back-office systems.
Responsibilities

    • Analyze and structure sales and renewal agreements to meet customer needs and internal policies.
    • Evaluate deal profitability, compliance risks, and revenue recognition impact.
    • Guide Sales and CS teams on pricing, discounts, and deal structures.
    • Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Sales to secure approvals and resolve blockers.
    • Manage and improve the deal desk and renewal workflows to drive efficiency.
    • Ensure deals follow company policies, legal standards, and margin guidelines.
    • Create dashboards and reports on deal trends, pipeline, and performance.
    • Identify risks early in negotiations and take action to mitigate them.
    • Share best practices and standardize templates for repeatable deal types.
    • Improve CRM workflows (HubSpot) and integrate deal desk data.
    • Help automate approval processes and improve deal forecasting.
    • Document processes and train GTM teams on deal desk usage.
Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Commercial Finance, preferably in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
    • Deep understanding of deal structures, commercial terms, and B2B pricing models.
    • Strong working knowledge of CRM and CPQ systems (HubSpot and Pandadoc are a plus), with experience building scalable workflows and approval processes.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Legal, and Finance to resolve deal blockers and increase velocity.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a drive for automation and scale.
    • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Alignment with Tractian’s mission and values.
