We’re looking for talented Ruby on Rails engineers who love building cutting-edge RoR web applications.

In this position, you will play a key role in transforming the way healthcare professionals learn online as we build a new suite of interactive e-learning delivery and analytics products and extend the capabilities of our core software platform.

We have a distributed team with some members based out of our brand new offices in Charlottesville, VA and others working remotely. U.S. based candidates are encouraged to apply for either a remote position or to join us in Charlottesville where relocation assistance will be provided.

• Work with the product management team to ensure the timely and quality delivery of software projects in a highly agile and distributed team environment

• Architect scalable and elegant solutions to meet customer needs and business requirements

• Collaborate during code reviews, paired programming and other team activities

• Coach and mentor other team members

• Research and adopt leading edge technology tools and frameworks
