We are seeking a dynamic Squad Leader to lead our data support team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in risk management, planning methodologies, PDCAs, and a solid understanding of Scrum principles. This role is essential in achieving our organizational goals through effective collaboration, performance measurement, and a focus on operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Motivate and coordinate support and operations teams to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Identify and nurture individual skills within teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Organize regular meetings and facilitate Scrum events to ensure clear communication and alignment on objectives.

Create detailed reports on risk status, highlighting corrective actions taken to improve service quality.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to define strategic goals and operational improvements using PDCA methodologies.

Monitor progress against established objectives and implement process improvements to optimize team performance and customer satisfaction.

Prepare contingency plans for identified operational risks to ensure service continuity and resilience.

Create and maintain project roadmaps aligned with strategic operational objectives, ensuring transparency in progress tracking.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and service effectiveness, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Summarize progress, challenges, and achievements in concise reports for stakeholders, keeping them informed on team performance and service outcomes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience leading multidisciplinary support and/or operations teams within a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies, particularly as they apply to support and operational contexts.

Expertise in risk management, PDCA, and planning methodologies specific to operational improvements and service delivery.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
