Responsibilities

• Build a cutting-edge experimentation framework to be used in all of our product development • Implement strategies to acquire users, increase conversion and engagement • Analyze data to uncover potential sizable opportunities and generate hypotheses to test • Imagine, prioritize, build, instrument, ship, and analyze product changes for growth • Design and implement product and platform features at massive scale with rapid data-driven iteration • Responsible for building all the necessary tools and infrastructure to unlock rapid growth

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive development experience for high traffic web and mobile sites • Comfortable with analyzing data using statistical methods • Passion for experimentation and new ideas • Excellence in proposing creative solutions to challenging problems • Experience running A/B tests to optimize conversion and engagement a plus • Experience growing traffic or working on customer acquisition a plus • Passion for learning and always improving yourself and the team around you • Enjoy working on the full technology stack • Knowledge of Python and JavaScript a plus

Salary and compensation

$100,000 — $175,000/year
