Position Overview

As a Mid-Level C++ Developer at CI&T, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing high-performance software solutions using C++ technologies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust applications that meet client needs while maintaining code quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C++ and object-oriented principles
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous process improvements
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure high performance

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiency in C++ and knowledge of STL and object-oriented principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
• Excellent communication skills in English

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Python, Java)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes
