Distillate is looking for a junior project management consultant to join our unique collective. We help seed stage startups access the talent they need to get off the ground.

You are: a creative-rational, capable of thinking on both sides of the brain. Analytical problem solver. Effective communicator with unbeatable interpersonal skills. You must know how to explain complicated concepts in simple terms. A translator. A nexus and primary point of contact.

You have: experience freelancing and/or working in agency or consulting setting, project management experience.

Desirable experience: marketing, creative services, design.

Psychology, sociology, HR, and design backgrounds welcome.

Short term contract will be extended for the right person. You will play a crucial role in this small company’s growth. We are more interested in what you bring to the table than what names are on your resume!
