We’re looking for a Senior Manager based in Mexico who is willing and available to work in a hybrid format, including two to three weekly visits to our client in Mexico City. This person will be responsible for establishing a stronger connection with our client and being part of the leadership team that manages a large e-commerce business with over 80 employees.

Your mission:

– Ensure alignment of business strategy at all levels, reporting the agreed hypotheses for business evolution as well as the results of implementing these hypotheses

– Quickly test hypotheses, transforming failures into new insights for business evolution

– Ensure the continuous flow of deliveries, eliminating blocks and bottlenecks in all phases of value generation

– Implement and monitor development, quality, productivity, business and application health metrics

– Ensure the management and training of key-positions and all members of their squads

– Lead (and coach) Lean, Agile processes and experiment based on hypotheses and design thinking- Promote integrated application portfolio management

– Carry out the integrated management of the ecosystem of players, integration with different partners and stakeholders

The requirements for the challenge are:

– Fluent English (daily contact with multicultural team)

– Fluent Spanish (daily contact with client from México)

– Ability to work closely with the client, strengthening relationships

– Experience in digital product development

– Experience with project and people management;

– Experience with managing contracts/units with several work fronts;

– Mastery of its operation, mobilizing client and team to carry out corrective or preventive actions;

– Experience in leading managers;

– Experience with scaled implementations, promoting the team’s ability to find alternatives that enable the effective use of our process knowledge.
