About the internship: Length of internship: 3-12 months, minimum 2-3 days per week
As an intern in Talent Acquisition & Business Development team, you will be focused on researching different markets and identifying individuals with a specific expertise profile. You will also be involved in the process of assessing and qualifying expertise together with more senior members of the team. This is a challenging and rewarding role, and we will provide you with training and support as you develop.
Key responsibilities:
- Expand our network of independent consultants in Europe.
- Identify new consultants through research and contact them through emails or calls
- Complete initial assessment of talent and potential fit with CURATEPRO
- Conduct initial interviews with independent consultants together with your line manager
- Assist independent consultants with the sign-up procedure on our online platform
- Build strong relationships with new and existing independent consultants
- Build the CURATEPRO brand, engage in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
- Support the Partners with general business development and administration
What we’re looking for:
- Education in economics, business and finance (second or third year students)
- Strong commercial sense and rigorous attention to detail
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial; ability to take ownership and drive internal projects along the company’s expansion path (e.g. developing internal functions/capabilities)
