We are an early stage company who has figured a lot out, have gained customer traction and are now growing.but still have a long road ahead of us. You are familiar with the demands of a startup and think they are as rewarding as they are challenging.

Our platform is straight forward: Primarily RoR, Postgres, HTML, JavaScript and such. We will be expanding this to include machine learning, gamification for our marketplace, an enhanced reputation management system and a robust API.

Maybe you know some mobile programming. Great, we need that too.

Requirements:

• Significant experience (3 – 5+ years developing web applications with RoR)
• Previous leadership experience
• Detail and execution oriented
• A self-starter
• Aggressive and hard-working
• SQL (experience with MySQL, Postgres or equivalent)
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Hold a BS in Computer Science or equivalent

What You’ll Do:

• Implement new features and optimize existing ones
• Creatively solve problems
• Work collaboratively with others
• Produce solid, thoroughly tested features (including automated tests)
