Web Graphics Designer

The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and talented Web Graphics Designer to join our Regional marketing team. As a Web Graphics Designer, you will collaborate with our design and development teams to create visually compelling and user-friendly web graphics that enhance our online presence.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a keen eye for design and a desire to grow their skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Turn requirements into design ideas/mock-ups and present them accordingly.
• Work closely with Copywriters, UI/UX designers and internal teams in creating and designing the promotional and marketing material for the company’s needs both online and offline.
• Design promotional material for digital campaigns such as web banners, landing pages, social media visuals, infographics, and educational related guides.
• Design for the company’s product updates, such as additional website pages, new sections, icon sets and component libraries.
• Ensure finalised designs are visually engaging, are on-brand and meet the designated media type requirements, legal and copyright standards, processes and procedures.
• Cooperate with external associates for the production of marketing, advertising and promotional material.
• Keep up-to-date with recent technological and software development within the web and graphics design field.

Main requirements:

• Degree in Web or/and Graphic Design.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in the financial services, fintech or advertising agencies is considered a plus.
• Portfolio of at least 2 completed design projects (only applications accompanied by a relevant work portfolio will be taken into consideration).
• Proficient knowledge of design software such as Figma (Sketch or InVision) and Adobe Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Excellent oral and written skills in the English language. Working knowledge of the French language is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong aesthetics and graphic design skills.
• Creative and passionate about graphic/web design.
• Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously.
• Strong prioritisation and time management skills.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
