At CI&T, we’re on a fast-growth trajectory, and we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Senior BI Developer to join our team. This role is vital in helping our global clients make informed data-driven decisions by leveraging your expertise in data analysis, Python, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

– Utilize data storytelling to drive enterprise growth and enhance operational efficiency.

– Analyze business questions, translating data streams to understand performance drivers and outcomes.

– Identify and promote key performance indicators (KPIs).

– Develop tools for internal stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Finance, HR) to facilitate data-driven decision making.

– Support project scoping and effort estimation.

– Contribute to our software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (computer science, data science, etc.).

– Over 5+ years of professional experience in BI

– Proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems; SQL Server experience is a plus.

– Strong skills in data wrangling with SQL and Pandas, and data engineering for performance.

– Experience with at least one BI visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

– Familiarity with version control tools (like Git) and scripting languages (Python, R).

– Previous experience with machine learning is advantageous.

– Knowledge of applied statistics and Azure cloud architecture is a plus.

– Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
