• Managing and implementing product improvements (20%)

Since you will be working on a really powerful and well framed codebase , there will be a short learning curve to assure compliance with best practices, coding style, processes and backend structure.

A lot of times, you will be pulled into quick calls with our marketing guy, cto and founder on product strategy and new feature discussions. Everyone’s opinion has equal weightage in our team. The chief makes the final call though (obviously).
