We’re looking for a skilled Business Development Representative to manage our new business acquisition pipeline. Your highly motivating, self-starting nature will ensure complete success in this new role.
As our Business Development Representative, your goals include, but aren’t limited to the following:
- Engage potential new clients by introducing Go Moment, our products, and benefits via phone outreach (Expected 100+ calls per day)
- Schedule product demos for potential clients and Go Moment Partnership Managers
- Run call and email campaigns to generate new sales prospects
- Manage Salesforce profiles ensuring all communication is accurately documented
- Build and update sales pipeline reports
About you:
- 0-3 years of experience in Lead Generation or Sales (preferably hunter sales roles)
- High need for achievement and competition who loves to win — Unfazed by rejection
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Experience working and succeeding in a quota and goal driven environment
- Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with prospects and teammates
- Listens patiently, while probing to understand customer’s needs
- Resourceful, goes over, under, around, and through obstacles to achieve success
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience
