Your mission, should you choose it, will be to find incredible spaces in Boston and fill them with people we’d be proud to call our members. We believe that there is a ton of underutilized space in Boston, and it will be your job to hunt it out. Your ability to gain access to every relevant space will play a significant role in growing Breather’s presence; you’ll develop partnerships with hotels, companies and others. By using your considerable charm and sales intuition, you’ll close the very best ones all while building strategic and community based partnerships to grow the Breather member network. Your creative mind will constantly be churning out ways to acquire new members and retain your growing member base, and you’ll have the experience, know-how, and motivation to carry ideas through to execution. In addition to sourcing supply, you’ll be the engine driving user acquisition.
The Role
-Build your pipeline, identifying and approaching top-quality prospects and partners, effectively communicating and refining Breather’s value propositions specifically created for the Boston market, breaking down each lead down into specific categories.
-Sign new revenue share partnership spaces while establishing a network of partners and monthly memberships building a toolkit of marketing tactics along the way.
-Pitch in to help your Boston based team, managing the operations of Breathers (as needed), from new location launches to cleaning Breathers, you’ll roll up your sleeves and get whatever needs to be done, done.
