As a growing leader in the waste and recycling industry, we’re expanding and looking for driven sales pros to join our remote team on a 1099 basis.

Position Overview
We’re seeking a self-motivated, independent 1099 Sales Representative to drive growth by targeting commercial, industrial, and construction businesses in key regions. You’ll sell front-load, roll-off, compactor, and recycling services while working remotely with the support of our HQ team.

This is a high-commission, performance-driven role-ideal for salespeople who want the freedom to work independently with the backing of a reputable and fast-growing company.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and close new business accounts via phone, email, and in-person when needed.
  • Target industries such as retail, restaurants, property management, manufacturing, construction, and more.
  • Present proposals and negotiate long-term service agreements (typically 60-month terms).
  • Submit agreements, pricing, and CRM notes via our streamlined process.
  • Stay hungry. Stay in the field. Stay closing.

What You Bring

  • Prior B2B sales experience (waste/recycling, logistics, or service industry experience is a plus).
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach, lead generation, and cold calling.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Tech-savvy enough to manage proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Strong communication and closing skills. You know how to ask for the business-and get it.
