I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Brazil for a MidLevel Support SRE to work on an international project

We are looking for a person to work as a Site Reliability Engineer in Operations. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for monitoring, availability, and risks.

Responsabilities:

Provide solutions for monitoring and observability, ensuring broad coverage of a global b2b platform

Drive efficiency by automating manual and repetitive tasks

Apply standards and contribute to process improvement

Support project teams in defining better strategies resulting from incidents

Share knowledge with team and project colleagues, aiming to contribute to the growth of SRE knowledge

Requirements for this challenge:

– Experience in CI/CD practices

– Experience in SCM, with its best practices and use (Git)

– Experience with root cause analysis (Postmortem)

– Experience with native development frameworks of Docker, Java, and Python

– Automate manual efforts through technical solutions, applying software engineering and architectural pattern concepts

– Ability to analyze network, monitoring, performance, and application problems through APM tools

– Intermediate/Advanced English

Nice to have:

– Practical experience with infrastructure-as-code

– Practical experience with non-relational databases (MongoDB)

– Flexibility to work on different shifts
