We are Charming Models Agency — a fast-scaling agency helping creators (mostly moms and MILFs) grow organically on IG & TikTok. No paid ads. No UGC. Real reach, real strategy.

We work fast, demand ownership, and expect high standards. Our creators earn $10K–100K/month, and we’re looking for someone who can lead the marketing strategy from trend to execution.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Analyzing TikTok & Instagram trends and content mechanics

• Building weekly content strategies and playbooks for our creators

• Tracking metrics like reach, follower growth, and conversion impact

• Leading creative strategy, briefing models, and iterating fast

This is not a junior role. You must have clear examples of growth strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of IG & TikTok growth (algorithm, hooks, formats)

• Proof of building or growing accounts (client or own)

• Strong instincts for storytelling + analytics

• Fluent English

• Comfort in the creator/OnlyFans economy

Bonus

• Experience with CapCut, Metricool, Notion, or similar

• Funnel experience is a plus (GHL or similar)

Compensation

• Monthly retainer + performance-based incentives
