We’re looking for a Google Ads Strategist to help us scale paid acquisition and optimize performance across our key funnels.

What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage all Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Develop data-driven strategies to optimize performance and improve ROI
- Research and target high-intent keywords aligned with Contra’s ICP
- Build compelling ad copy and creatives (partnering with our brand team as needed)
- A/B test landing pages, copy, and CTAs to drive conversions
- Monitor and report on KPIs weekly, making proactive recommendations
- Stay on top of Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and competitive benchmarks
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads accounts (preferably for B2B or SaaS)
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, and conversion optimization
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth and lead acquisition
- Experience with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Ability to work independently, move fast, and iterate based on results
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience running YouTube video ads
- Familiarity with landing page builders like Webflow or Unbounce
- Knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn)
