AU Card, LLC is a rapidly growing fintech firm that services clients globally. We provide lifestyle, concierge and payment card services for High Net Worth clients, cryptocurrency enthusiasts and digital nomads. What makes us unique is that we issue stylish payment debit cards in Gold, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and plastic. In addition, our members can buy, sell, send and receive nine (9) different cryptocurrencies. Our two brands, Aurae Lifestyle and Club Swan seek (3) full time social media coordinator to correspond with users in the following regions:
a) Asia
b) Latin America
c) Africa
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have fluency in languages in the regions in which they service. In addition, candidates should have working knowledge around the following subjects:
- Crafting & curating content for social media, including caption writing, photo editing and video editing
- Working knowledge of the challenges nomads face using the current global payment system
- Mandatory: Working knowledge and understanding of cryptocurrencies. Please do not apply if your knowledge is weak to non-existent, please do not apply.
- Customer service and solving issues and problems for existing members and potential members
- Travel.
This is a contractor role. Contractors shall invoice the company monthly for work performed. Our expectation is for workers to be corresponding with client on social media within a standard workday, and respond to inquiries within 4 hours.
