Job purpose
The SEO Copywriter will work within the content team to ensure that all market and product content across our websites and other marketing channels is consistent, compliant and meets the SEO objectives of the company. They are expected to deliver high quality, technically accurate and SEO-friendly content to support channel and product marketing across all regions.
General Duties
Write, edit and suggest content that entices, engages and converts organic prospects for all regions and brands, ensuring that our client achieves its organic conversion targets.

Work closely with the SEO team to ensure correct keywords are being used.
Write clear, persuasive, original product and technical copy for all elements of the digital marketing mix including education pages, glossaries, FAQs, video scripts, graphics and more.

Proofread copy to check spelling, grammar and tone of voice.
Refine product and market content offering by segment relevance.
Knowledge and Experience
At least two years copywriting experience

Experience writing in the financial industry desirable
Understanding of SEO tools like SEMRush

Knowledge of link building
Qualification and Skills
Educated to degree level or equivalent

Solid technical content and SEO-related copy creation experience within digitally led marketing organisation in the financial, trading or spread-betting vertical.
Ability to translate a wide range and large volume of complex information into simple, accurate, clear, consistent and compelling messages for prospects, clients and colleagues at all levels.
