Argent aims to be crypto’s defining company: the first to bring the benefits of self-custody to a global audience. Giving people control of their assets and identity, and helping them to enjoy new economic opportunities.
To do this we’ve built the first smart wallet. As different from traditional wallets as smart phones were to 90’s phones. Argent is easier, safer, cheaper, and greener.
As a company, we’ve raised a $40m Series B from Paradigm, Index Ventures and Creandum, putting us in a strong financial position with 4 years of runway.
We work remotely across Europe, prioritizing autonomy and flexibility. And it’s a particularly exiciting time to join as we’re preparing to launch breakthrough new products on Starknet.

The Growth Team is the engine that drives Argent’s growth around the globe. Our goal is to make Argent the home of all things DeFi globally.
As a team, we combine creativity and data to maximise our reach, acquisition and retention. We are always testing, never afraid to fail, but always back up our ideas with data or logic.
As Growth Manager, you’ll be testing new strategies and channels, overseeing the progress of campaigns and projects, and reporting back to our VP Growth on performance metrics. You’ll work alongside the wider Growth Team, as well as the wider company, including product, engineering and data. As Growth Manager
You will own growth initiatives from idea to execution and analysis, with support from the growth team. You will support the VP of Growth with project management. You’ll leverage our deeply passionate crypto community. You will experiment across different channels, both web2 and web3. You will work closely with internal teams, including product, design, support and content, to align on marketing campaigns. You will help to manage our CRM platform.
Your experience should include:
3-5 years growth marketing experience for a high growth startup, ideally in crypto
Leading campaigns from start to finish
Solid use of analytical tools such as Google Analytics, https://customer.io, Looker, Amplitude
Proven success across the marketing funnel
CRM management, such as lifecycle emails and newsletters
