I’m the founder & CEO of a London-based Growth Marketing consultancy – https://kurve.co.uk.

Context:

I’m stacked running the day to day clients & agency. I need help to streamline content production efficiency but also quality. It’s tough for me to:

  • Ideate
  • Create & produce the content
  • Adapt the content to scripts for the different channels (long-form deep and short form)
  • Operationally setup lighting & sound
  • Manage the editors
  • Manage all the comments when posted
  • Manage all the conversations that are created as a result

Goal:

Thought leadership.

Scope:

  • Research for specific topics to help give them substance & depth
  • Summarise and re-shape course content we’re creating into social media posts (Twitter/Linkedin)
  • Summarise and re-shape long-form content into scripts for video (LinkedIn & Tiktok)
  • Working within a system we co-create so we’re always ahead of content creation. That way I can focus when filming without having to juggle.

You must be/have:

  • Must have background & experience in (digital) marketing.
  • Only native English speakers, ideally British English.
  • A tolerance for communication volatility on my end, I get sucked into fire-fighting on a regular basis
  • Strong opinions held loosely
  • Highly autonomous & independent
  • Creative & expansive thinker, proactive rather than passive
  • I work best with people who have a "make it happen" attitude. This means people who take the initiative and care about the job being done right.
  • Upfront & honest, I’m direct with a low tolerance for fluff. If something’s shit, you need to tell me, we don’t ship subpar content.

Things you probably want to know:

  • Time isn’t as important as quality is. As long as we’re ahead in terms of our content calendar.
  • I have zero interest in babysitting anyone. Hence expectations are you’ll be proactive with sending a weekly update. If you’re delayed, you let me know as soon as you can, not a week later.

    I’ll end the contract promptly in instances of flakiness. Unless you got hit by a meteor, in that case you are exempt. Life is tumultuous for everyone, I’m not expecting a robot.

  • I’m annoyingly detailed oriented as an ‘expert’ so this isn’t one of those 500 word blog posts where you compile a mash-up of 5 top Google results. You aren’t expected to be The marketing expert.
