What’s the role?
We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Development Representative to lead our outbound sales prospecting.
Responsibilities
  • generate leads by finding new potential sales outlets
  • pick up the phone, cold call/email, and write scripts for yourself and future hires
  • identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
  • document the processes used to manage the sales cycle
  • create efficiencies and use tools to reduce the busy-work of outreach
  • work closely with product, leadership, and customers to provide insight into improving the product
You have
  • around one year of experience as a SDR/BDR or similar
  • a track record in building and managing a pipeline of new business
  • the ability to research and ‘figure it out’ with little direction
  • strong relationship management chops
  • the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
  • strong communication skills via phone and email
  • a creative problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills
  • the desire and ability to grow within a startup
Compensation
Base salary: $55k + Commission: $20k = OTE: $75k
Equity: We have reserved a large chunk of equity for the right founding team members
Benefits
As a seed stage startup we do not have all of our benefits in place yet. We’re actively working on implementing full medical, dental, and vision by Q3 2022 (or sooner).
