Position Summary:
We’re looking for a highly talented and motivated PreSales Community Manager and Evangelist to lead our strategy for engagement in the PreSales community. As the Community Evangelist for Vivun, you’ll live, breathe, and represent the pulse of the modern-day PreSales professional, using your skills and background in PreSales to evangelize not only Vivun’s specific products and solutions, but also advocate for the industry as a whole and help PreSales take its rightful place in the C-Suite. The successful candidate will have experience in PreSales, and will be part community manager (overseeing, engaging, and growing our Slack channel), an incredible speaker and presenter (everything from trade shows to dinners to webinars), and social media powerhouse (pumping out content and thought leadership that attracts attention and engages our audience).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the “voice” of Vivun by using all available channels to promote the strategic role of the PreSales professional – including but not limited to social media, webinars, speaking events, and videos.
Oversee, engage, and grow our Slack community using your own knowledge and thought leadership but also devising new campaigns to help us increase membership and raise the level and quality of overall interaction
Engage with our key buyers through your own thought leadership, ideas, and insights, aligning with the top-level Vivun strategic narrative and business objectives
Leverage social media to promote both Vivun and PreSales
Desired Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience
Past experience as a PreSales professional, ideally in some kind of people-management role (you’ll be connecting with leadership, and you should have the same scars that they do)
Top-shelf speaking, presenting, and writing skills
Interest in building and cultivating a community
Knowledge of basic tools of this trade such as: Slack, Camtasia or other video production tool, YouTube, powerpoint, and social media platforms
Ability to travel
