We are looking for a talented Marketing Lead, who will be able to wear more than one hat – but will be focused on launching and growing our hackathon platform.

A few of your core responsibilities will be to:
Lead the release of our Hackathon Platform
Focus on community onboarding/ marketing automation
Create newsletters/ marketing content for campaigns through the platform
Create decks and reports to help onboard new customers
You
- Have 2+ years developer marketing / relations experience
- Have experience organising or marketing a hackathon
- Can comfortably communicate with software developers
- Are passionate about growing and nurturing communities
- Are an excellent writer and communicator
- Are organized, reliable, and productive
- Excel in a fast-paced environment where you’re given freedom, resources, and clear goals
- Experience in the blockchain markets will be preferred but not necessary
- Experience in participating in hackathons or marketing hackathons (or) freelancing platforms is necessary
Command of professionally spoken/ written English/ Other languages are an advantage
Hours and compensation
- This is either a full-time or part-time position contract depending on the candidate’s preference
- Salary is commensurate with location, experience and the market
- Further achievement rewards in $BAKED tokens -Subject to legislation according to candidate’s citizenship
- This is a remote-only position- with one annual retreat across the world
