Nurse Recruiter is the leading job board for nurses in the United States and we are a 100% remote company and we work exclusively online. That includes all of our marketing and advertising, and we are looking for a driven digital marketing manager to help create and optimize advertising and marketing campaigns. We all work remotely so it will require someone who can manage their own time and communicate (including write) well.

Responsibilities would include:

• Managing the bids and budgets of advertising networks
• Reporting weekly on the performance of the advertising
• Creating new advertisements and optimizing ad copy
• Creating and editing website copy
• Optimizing landing pages
