We are looking for creative, enthusiastic ecommerce growth hacker partners to help us build our startup. We are a young, edgy company that’s pretty much up for anything you can throw our way! We are looking for partners who are willing to beg, borrow and steal customers as quickly and creatively as possible. This is an opportunity to be a part of an integral phase in our growth as a startup.

You don’t need to have a love for beauty products – although, if you’re interested, we have plenty of those to share!

What is Gloss48?

Gloss48 is changing the way women find and shop for beauty products, and transforming the way brands get launched and discovered. Gloss48 is a digital paradise for beauty product junkies run by serial entrepreneurs. Our goal is to own the direct line between the 40% of the beauty market accounted for by new, exciting, cutting edge beauty brands and the 50M beauty junkies out there who use roughly 48 products on a regular basis. We are both an ecommerce marketplace and a content site, offering a highly curated daily dose of the most exciting new, under the radar beauty brands to discover and shop.

We offer $10 off of a first purchase of $30+. We encourage you to use this offer to attract new customers. We also encourage you to leverage our content and brand/sale announcement.

Feel free to get crazy creative. There are active beauty affinity platforms, blogs, and social media groups online. There are also many, many related groups that could be a good source of new customers (moms, fashion, plus size, food, gamers, health, etc.). We are happy to brainstorm additional ideas!

For each new customer, we will pay you $15 per transaction on their first purchase and another $15 on their third transaction.
