As co-founder and growth hacker at CloudGifts, you will be responsible for monthly active user growth.
You must have:
an entrepreneurial drive
a passion for social media
a burning desire to connect the 284 million monthly active Twitter users with social commerce, social sales, and social gifting
the creativity to figure out unique ways of driving growth in addition to testing/evolving the techniques proven by other companies
the fortitude to engage with and delight users on a daily basis
the discipline to follow a process of prioritizing ideas, testing the ideas, and being analytical enough to know which tested growth drivers to keep and which ones to cut. Realizing that, the faster this process can be repeated, the more likely it is to find scalable, repeatable ways to grow the business
Your skills and experience should include:
Experience growth hacking at other social media companies
Experience managing corporate Twitter accounts
A continuing curiosity for what makes things "viral"
An understanding of SEM and SEO strategies
