Airtm is building the global stablecoin wallet for digital entrepreneurs the place where people receive earnings, hold balances, convert value, and cash out across 40+ markets. We serve 150K+ active users and process $1.5B+ in annual payments. Our enterprise partners rely on our rails to pay contractors across LATAM and Africa.
The role in one sentence
You own Airtm’s BD pipeline end-to-end from sourcing deals to closing them and you build the systems that make the whole thing run without manual intervention.
What this isn’t
This isn’t a traditional sales role where you hand off to ops. You’re expected to be the person who closes the deal AND builds the systems so the next one takes half the time. It’s not a marketing role either you’re accountable for revenue, not impressions.
What you’ll own
1- Revenue
- Own the full BD pipeline from top-of-funnel to close
- Build and run a repeatable top-of-funnel growth engine, content, positioning, research, distribution
- Close enterprise partnerships with marketplaces, PSPs, fintechs, and EORs that need LATAM/Africa payout rails
- Manage and grow existing strategic accounts
2- our AI BD agent
- You are the product owner for our AI BD agent
- You define what the agent does, write the playbooks it runs on, test it, and fix it when it breaks
- You build its next capability: proactive outbound sourcing and qualification
3- Enterprise Operations Automation
- Work with our Account Management lead to map every manual step in our enterprise partner workflows
- Systematically automate them starting with the highest-leverage, most repetitive flows
- Build the tooling so the team spends time on judgment, not coordination
The profile
- Has closed enterprise or B2B deals before ideally in fintech, payments, or platforms
- Has built or is obsessed with building growth systems content engines, outbound sequences, partner programs
- Can work with APIs, AI agents, and workflow tools (n8n, Make, or equivalent) not necessarily an engineer, but not afraid of technical work
- Comfortable being on a call with a CFO in the morning and debugging a webhook in the afternoon
- Has a genuine thesis on how to drive top-of-funnel growth and can prove it by running it
First 90 days
- Days 1–30: Learn the business deeply. Shadow every active deal. Map the enterprise operations workflows that need automation. Understand our current BD automation setup and its gaps.
- Days 31–60: Run your top-of-funnel growth strategy on Airtm. Automate the first two enterprise ops flows. Define what the agent needs to do for outbound.
- Days 61–90: First close. Third automation live. Agent running outbound sequences. Present the full pipeline automation roadmap.
