Own relationships with practitioners across a defined book of business, supporting onboarding, adoption, and long-term growth by helping practices implement and optimize Fullscript within their workflows.
Manage a portfolio of practitioner accounts through onboarding, growth, and retention stages.
Hold calls, meetings, and training sessions to help practitioners understand and use the platform.
Support practitioners through acquisition, adoption, and optimization by aligning Fullscript features with their workflows and goals.
Discover practitioner needs, obstacles, and opportunities through ongoing engagement and assessment.
Help practitioners move from initial use to consistent, effective implementation.
Maintain engagement and momentum through regular communication by email, phone, and virtual meetings.
Record every practitioner interaction, activity, and follow-up in CRM systems.
Spot risks to adoption or engagement and address them directly or escalate when necessary.
Collect and share practitioner feedback, insights, and observations about the products with internal teams.
Build strong working knowledge of Fullscript’s offerings, including supplements, diagnostics, wholesale, and integrations.
Create and maintain trusted relationships with practitioners to support long-term engagement and retention.
Occasional travel for team meetings or company events
2–4 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or another client-facing role.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Experience running customer calls, trainings, or presentations.
Ability to manage a book of business and prioritize across multiple accounts.
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
Capability to learn and apply product knowledge across multiple offerings.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health settings.
Familiarity with practitioner workflows or clinical operations.
Experience helping customers with adoption or behavior change.
Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000 CAD with potential to earn up to $4k in quarterly bonuses
