We are looking for a Growth Hacker, an ‘out of the box thinker’ and relentless executor, both left & right brained, scrappy but also disciplined and methodical, who has a love for data, an obsession ROI and a knack for finding innovative ways to drive growth.
You will be tasked with overall responsibility for all acquisition marketing: SEM, SEO, Email, Banner, Retargeting etc. with aggressive top line growth targets. Your role will largely include optimizing spend for ROI and finding new pockets of growth to test and build out
You will report directly to the Founder & CEO and be an early member of the newly set up New York office
Skills / Experience Ideally you will have
• 4+ years in a similar acquisition marketing role with demonstrated results of driving growth • An obsession with driving and measuring growth • Worked in a scrappy / startup environment and love it! • Excellent numeracy & analytical skills. An obsession with spreadsheets • Excellent understanding of unit economics: CPA, LTV, ROI • Excellent knowledge of Digital marketing: Google Adwords, Analytics, Email, Ads etc. • Awareness of the newest analytics tools • The ability to think for yourself and come up with creative ideas for growth • A self-starter attitude • Excellent communication skills • University degree
