Join a team reshaping the future of mental healthcare. Created by psychiatrists, Headlight is more than an organization — it’s a movement. We operate on the front lines of the mental health crisis, changing how people receive care and how clinicians deliver it. To ensure everyone who seeks our help has meaningful options, we stay transparent about our services, treatments, and coverage, embrace innovation, and use our robust data to continually improve care delivery. Our mission is straightforward yet powerful: improving lives, one session at a time.

Our skilled and principled clinical team benefits from both autonomy and strong institutional support, allowing them to focus on what matters most: better outcomes for patients. Our clinicians aim to create impact beyond one-on-one care, working to improve the broader system and raise standards so their influence extends far beyond what private practice can offer.

As the most trusted behavioral health partner in the Western U.S., we’ve built deep partnerships that give us unmatched access, interoperability, and priority referrals. This exclusivity, paired with coordinated care and continuous feedback loops, leads to better outcomes and reduced costs.

Our services are convenient, accessible, and grounded in expertise, blending personalized engagement with advanced technology to enhance — not replace — human connection. We believe human relationships are essential, and from matching to sessions to ongoing care, we provide whole-person support so no one slips through the cracks and everyone has a clearer path forward.
