Engagement Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager Contractor that will support strategy, execution, and optimization of initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Able to blend market research, data analysis, and creative campaign management to connect with target audiences to deliver measurable ROI across digital and traditional channels / cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving measurable growth through effective marketing programs.
The Service Agreement requires the contractor to work from our São Paulo Office but be available to travel to organize our events and external activities.
Campaign Planning and Management
Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Develop and implement multichannel regional marketing strategies to drive lead generation to support sales goals in the region.
Organizing and participating in strategic meetings with customers and partners to identify marketing campaigns.
Oversee and execute results focussed, field marketing campaigns, both direct and with partners to deliver leads.
Provide thought leadership, nurture programs, events and trade shows, webinars, social amplification and other tactics as appropriate.
Take an insight driven approach to segmentation, targeting and message development to ensure focussed outbound campaigns, including managing relevant marketing target lists, data enrichment, and research.
Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, generating insights and making recommendations for optimization and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
Brand and Messaging Consistency
Ensure regional marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and corporate positioning while tailoring content to local market needs.
Sales Support
Partner with the sales team to understand their needs, develop marketing materials, and provide training on marketing initiatives to drive sales.
Partner closely with Sales to engage key growth partners in joint marketing programs; including enablement and incentive programs, go to market campaigns, content development and lead follow up.
Manage partner portal assets and access for regional partners.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, local influencers to extend market reach and drive engagement.
Budget Management
Closely track budgets, lead flow and follow-up, and results against goals. Communicate status, action items, results, and deliverables across marketing and sales.
Support the development and management of the regional marketing budget for ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum return on investment in partnership with sales and marketing.
Project Management
Take ownership of all projects which will include organizing timelines and delivering results on schedule and using Asana (project management tool) to deliver timely project plans and results.
Manage both short-term and long-term projects as well as adhere to tight deadlines and quick turnarounds, including executing as and cross functional project management.
Fluency in English & Portuguese (written and spoken) is required
Business-level English proficiency
5+ years of marketing experience.
Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong communication, and project management skills.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with the ability to apply this towards work and deadlines.
Natural ability to prioritize, solve problems, analyze projects, and anticipate difficulties.
Ability to take on multiple projects while working quickly and independently.
