At AlemHealth, we’re providing access to high quality diagnostic healthcare in countries with the largest healthcare shortages. But hospitals, physicians, and patients need to know about us and what we do to get the most out of our service. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for someone who can do, or learn to do very quickly, all of the following:

Social marketing campaign support – helping us expand both our english and foreign language social campaigns on facebook, twitter, and similar. You’ll need to both track good content,and help develop new content, and deliver that content to patients in developing countries

Traditional campaign support – assisting on multi-country billboard and brochure campaigns, as well as facilitate bimonthly

PR support – includes web research, news tracking, preparing briefs and pitching media about what we do.

Website support – Constantly improving our web presence (giving ideas to our developers) and overseeing multi-country translation of each page. Qualifications: Holding or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing or something related. An interest in start-ups, public health, developing countries, or ideally, the trifecta. Leadership experience and the ability to own processes from start to finish.

Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English are a must (oral and written) and foreign languages are even better. Arabic, Farsi, Urdu, French, Vietnamese, Esperanto, most anything will be a bonus. Ability to not freak out when things don’t go to plan, adjust, and get things done anyway. Attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously while maintaining deadlines and projects Experience with online publishing/marketing tools would be nice. Experience with running twitter/facebook campaigns would also be nice. Experience with analytics tools so we know how we’re doing, also nice. Experience in developing countries is useful.
